After 17 years at Strutt & Parker, latterly running their national farm and estate agency team, Matt Sudlow has joined forces with Jess Simpson with a new start up- Stoneacre Advisors. Specialising in offering bespoke advice on high-value, complex, rural transactions.

Matt has handled the sale and acquisition of some of the most prestigious farms and estates which have transacted both privately or on the open market over the past decade for a range of different client types.

Combined, Jess and Matt have transacted over £1 billion of rural property during their careers.
