Matt features as a Recommended 2025 Rural and Country Property Specialist in this year’s Spears index which highlights the top advisors to High Net Worth clients.

At Stonacre Advisors, Matthew Sudlow is director alongside Jess Simpson, a ‘formidable alliance’ in the world of country property, according to a peer. Stoneacre was founded in early 2025 and offers sales and acquisitions advice as well as strategic expansions for farms or landed estates.

Prior to joining Stoneacre, Sudlow was head of the estates and farm agency department at Strutt & Parker, where his team specialised in high-value property across England and Wales. From this experience, he brings over 13 years’ knowledge of transacting farms, country and sporting estates in the south and south-east of England.

He is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers.
